An introduction to project management. The course prepares students for Senior Projects. This course will include 1) the writing of technical documents including project proposals, white papers, presentations and/or legal contracts. 2) Principles of project management including project scheduling, project life cycles, principles of engineering economics, quality, statistics and continuous improvement. 3) Project management skills including goal setting, team building and leadership, organization, and risk management. Students should take this course the semester before taking ECE 4010.
